Day1: Arrival to Yangon
Arrival to Yangon International
Airport, welcome by our guide
and transfer to hotel for check-
in. Visit to Kandawgyi Park,
Sule Pagoda and Shwedagon Pagoda
(Enjoy sunset). Overnight stay
at hotel, Yangon.
Day2: Drive to Kyaik Hti Yoe
After breakfast at hotel, drive
to Kyaikhtiyo by car (4:30 hours
to the Kimpun base camp). After
arrival to Kimpun base camp,
continue the trip with an opened
truck (about 1 hour) to get to
the Yathedaung camp which is
(2/3 of the way to the top). And
then take a lunch break and
continue the journey by trekking
about one hour to the top of the
mountain. As arrive to Golden
Rock Pagoda, relaxing at
hotel.Then pay homage to Golden
Rock Pagoda, standing on a gold
gilded boulder, precariously
perched on the edge of the hill
over 1100km above sea-level. The
stupa is believed to be
enshrined with Buddha’s hair
relics. Stroll around the local
rest houses, restaurants and
stalls near the pagoda platform.
Overnight at hotel, Kyaikhtiyo.
Day3: Drive to Bago-Yangon
After breakfast at hotel,
trekking down to Yathaedaung
camp, take the opened truck to
the base camp and then proceed
to Yangon by car. On the way
back, visit Bago(45 mins drive
from Yangon). Lunch will be
serverd at Bago local
restaurant. After lunch, visit
to Shwe-maw-daw pagoda(built
over 2000 years ago),
Shwe-tha-lyaung( huge reclining
Buddha) , Kyaik Pun( four high
and huge Buddha images) and Kan-baw-za-thadi
(ancient palace site). We shall
be back to Yangon in evening.
Overnight at hotel, Yangon.
Day4: Tour around Yangon
After breakfast at hotel, tour
around the city, shopping at
Bogyoke Market and night walking
in China Town. Overnight at
hotel,Yangon.
Day5: Yangon Departure
After breakfast at hotel,
transfer to Yangon International
Airport and proceed departure.
